I flip a coin . I know you are really hurting right now, Waiting. Can you take one step back and have compassion for you going through so much? Breathing gently with your pain, can you reach the love you feel for your children? That connection is a good thing, the important thing. The other is just stuff, and anything can magically step up like the very stones that sing to proclaim your love, with enough humor and heart. Be gentle with you!!!

Thanks finding my way. I can indeed. This is really just the tip of the iceberg, it was the task I was contemplating yesterday and it was just the straw the broke the camels back so to speak. Today I am fine-well I am not as depressed, lets hope it stays there.
