I may have a job and I may not. Had two interviews and they went very well. I now have to go through a background check which includes a criminal check. I was forthwith about it with them. The reality is that there is a good chance they will not hire me because of this. This the closest I have been to a new full job in over one and a half years.
All I can do is hope.
