i'm not sure how i'm feeling today yet.. i'm really sleepy. how about you?

I wish i was sleepy...I havnt slept in days

Cant eat , cant sleep, cant do annything right

But hey apart from that i guess im ok.

have you tried sniffing lavender oil? that's what i do when i can't sleep. i go through phases where i can't eat or sleep either:(

Ive tried everything i can think of, hot baths ,hot coco, reading, writing,,,, the doctors here have even put me on sleeping tablets....much to my annoyance they dont work.

Its making me so ratty, i hate feeling like this !!!!!!!

I will speak to the nurses here to see if they can get me some lavander oil
