Wayless
Penile retraction is a real phenomenon, though. Seems to be a genetic characteristic, though at times I've thought it might be anxiety induced tension of tendons and muscles, thus, somewhat psychological. I most certainly have retraction and always have even when I had not an ounce of fat. It's not disappearing penis disease or spiritual affliction, though sometimes it retracts completely into my body and needs to be retrieved. I can see that some people would feel better thinking they have a "disappearing" disease or suffer from a witches hex rather than accepting they are small and retract at times. Diseases can be "cured," physical, genetic nature cannot.
