pm mailbox 90% full?

my pm mailbox says it is very full, however i have emptied it all out , how do

i make more room ?

Hey Cathy,

Is there any of your messages that you can delete ?

I tried (unsuccessfully) to put some of my pms into different files, but it still counts as total messages. So now I just delete loads.

Sorry not really all that great on computers, hopefully someone knows what to do

that is what I have been doing, but now it says my pm box is still full ??? without any messages.

Have you tried logging off and then on again, Cathy?

I don't know why it would say you were full if you're not.

You could try PM'ing 'Mark', though I don't know how soon he'll see it.

problem solved, pms were being stored, without me knowing so. I deleted all of them perm. Mystery solved. LOL

Glad that you solved the problem. Two kinds of PMs are saved - the ones you receive and the ones you are sent. Most people delete the ones they receive but don't know to look for the storage of those they have sent. It's not the cleanest or most obvious interface so its easy to miss.
