A thought ?

Maybe try feeling this very moment without dwelling on the past or fearing the future. Take it as it comes, little by little, without putting too much pressure on yourself. So if that thought pops up in your mind, try and think of something which is positive about right now. And if you aren't feeling good in the moment, know that the moment will soon pass. Let go of high expectations and just breathe life in. I don't know if any of that is helpful or not...Actually, I think I may have just helped myself. :confused: I think sometimes coming on here when I'm having my own personal moments and offering support to others, reminds me of what I need to be doing myself.
