Hey skynight interesting links, I read them both. To be a little bit factual, it was not the PUAs that got evolution and the whole alpha male / cock carousel model taught in the public schools but rather the same secular leftist feminists that wrote those 2 articles. Talk about irony.

Also it is just silly to blame Roissy and his peers for the widespread acceptance of the alpha male / cock carousel model of human sexual behavior because it is a conclusion that many of us arrived at separately based on what we have seen.

Just my view, nothing more.

I take your point, Skynight. It's a very complex issue and one I'm not perhaps qualified to discuss, being prejudiced by many other problems besides a small penis.

Resolute, I'm sorry for taking potshots at your religion and occupational downturns.

Totally agree. Penis size is but one factor and it is overly heavily weighted in this forum.

yes.

1- true.

2- thanks.

Apropos "alpha males", I personally think humans are far too complex to be categorised in this way. The truth is (surely?) that we have different facets and characteristics, which may be more or less significant in any given context.

A guy who is physically big fit and strong may be an alpha male in a boxing ring, but he wouldn't necessarily be even a beta male in a lawyer's office or a boardroom.

A guy who is very intelligent and well educated might be an alpha male in a specialist academic environment, but a geeky walking joke as soon as he puts his toe off campus (I can personally think of several such people I have known!)

A guy who is physically superfit, brave and a good shot might very well be an alpha male in front line combat, but he might be a complete failure in cilvilian life. (From what I hear, that is surprisingly often the case, in fact.)

A guy who has a 10 x 7 inch penis might well be an alpha male in the porn industry. But he might be a pain inducing freakshow to most real women in the real world.

How about the guy who is an excellent businessman and very rich, but who is also ugly and physically puny? Is he an alpha male?

How about the guy who is tall, strong and good looking but penniless and on the streets? Is he an alpha male?

How about the guy who is intelligent and who has a big penis, but who is also a drug addict with a criminal record? How much of an alpha male would he be?

How about the brilliant artist who is physically deformed in some way?

How about the brilliant athlete who secretly abuses little boys?

And so on...

It seems to me that most of us are alpha (or at least beta) males if judged on one particular criterion. And we are almost all total losers if judged on one particular criterion. But humans are not, as a rule, judged on just one criterion - rather we all constitute a very complex mixture of characteristics and character traits.

i've always called it an overall "score".

Romance is just another fairytale. It's just something that's been invented because once again, it's big business. Also penis size doesn't always mean the man is skilled when it comes to sex. Another thing to consider is body shape, because put a big penis on a very large obese man and many women still won't find him attractive.

Somewhere in the world there's probably is a man who's wealthy, tall, dark handsome, has a giant cock, a 150+ IQ and can wrestle with grizzly bears. But you're talking a tiny tiny percentage, perhaps less then 0.5 percent.

i would venture to say that a guy who's the ideal height, let's say 6'1" - 6'2", ideal body shape, great face, great hair, ideal penis size, let's say 10" x 6",very clever and very educated, who's wealthy, healthy, strong/masculine,fun with good sense of humor, and great morals, ethics, principles, and beliefs, simply doesn't exist.

basically, a guy with a perfect, or near perfect score just doesn't exist.

RogerJ, my point was that you are quoting statistics like they are gospel and I believe those statistics aren't accurate. You defended them by saying that they were published in peer reviewed medical journals. I was simply trying to point out that that doesn't automatically make the results correct. A perfect example is all the studies that concluded that size didn't matter. Now new studies are starting to conclude that it does. Obviously both conclusions cannot be true. One is false. But how can that be? It's in a medical journal. NOW, do you get what I'm trying to say?

As far as alpha males....my opinion on it is that modern society has f*cked everything all up. All through history the alpha male protected and provided for using his physical attributes. The bigger, stronger, more physically capable male got first choice of women. We are still biologically programmed to be attracted to certain things in the opposite sex. Women are still attracted to these traits. However, the best providers are no longer determined by physical stature. Money is power in modern society. This is the heart of the "bad boy" dilemma most girls go though. They follow their biological impulses when they are young until they realize that the bad boys are also bad life partners. So when that biological clock starts ticking, suddenly the bad boy seems like a bad idea.

my advice to you and everyone else is to seek out women who didn't "follow their impulses". easier said than done in this day and age, i know.

Ycaljo you are sweet and I appreciate everything you wrote. As you can tell this problem evokes intense feelings sometimes of hatred, and it makes some men misogynist. I can tell you are authentic and wish you the best with your lover, he is very lucky. Someday maybe I will meet someone like you, this inspires me.
