I live in Arizona, the idea of paying for an escort was sparked after discovering backpage.com. Some of the women on there looked too good to be true though, so I'm still a little skeptical.

It's so that escorts can read the customers reviews to make sure he's alright and not a nutter. A lot of escorts won't see even a guy until he's got some feedback.
