Mount Fuji in the spring rain.

Kids just say, "Hike? Ew!"

I suck at poetry, mostly because I can't bring myself to take it seriously.

Hey, Mark; you're so good at writing other things; why not to let poetry to others?

BTW; was the haiku about a snail climbing the Mount Fugi your inspiration?? (I remember it as my husband choose it as a motto for his PhD thesis... (And he translated it from Japan himself, because he didn't like the "official" English translation. No kidding!) Oh, old times... *sigh*)
