Well this is me - back to crying again. I really cant deal with dark nights

Gonna go out, gotta coz if I dont Im gonna smash this place up to dust

Need to chillax, and stop crying, its making my chest hurt

another day arrives - but Im guessing it could be ok. Its pelting down with rain, and it looks like its gonna be set in for the day. ....

gonna go for a nice long walk along the coast today, maybe it'll be windy enough to clear some of the rattle from my mind (hopefully)

if nothing else, i suppose the sea air will do me a little good.

its gotta get easier soon surely

Im feeling really deeply ashamed of myself today. I was pathetically stupid/nieve on saturday - thats why I was so ill yesterday. Yeah kinda pieced together that ever un-useful knowledge as yesterday progressed
