oh, well i dont know any therapeutic ways for dealin with panic except maybe deep breathing to calm down.

Other than that what I do is just try to distract myself.

Try not to sit there and keep thinking about how messed up things are.

hey, does it matter how my day was since my night will for sure be ok?

im just gla i'm back out of my house, kind of sucks this doesnt last foreever though, but i shouldnt think that way, just enjoy it while it lasts.

how are you finding?
