Nature is therapeutic.

Yes, nature is very therapeutic, I agree. :) I enjoy sitting in the woods or by the water. I feel very peaceful, calm, and still when I'm out in nature. It helps me when I'm feeling anxious. When I was young girl I used to walk to a large, golden field and sit for hours, listening to the sounds. It helped me to balance and find inner strength. Nature has many lessons to teach too, if we are open enough to listen and see. It is always regenerative.

I think it's wonderful that you appreciate and enjoy nature, dvn. It's okay to express yourself too. Thanks for sharing.
