i've decided that i'm going to be good from now on!!! i'm going to try be more positive and be healthier, even if that means eating vegetables and giving up ice-cream..:( and I'll try not to let my family make me sad anymore and i won't play anymore pranks on them unless they really really deserve it and i'll keep my room tidy and do what i'm told and be a good daughter..:( and i'll try not to complain about work as much either, [work is great, i LOVE work!!!]

:( The crickets are still singing over here and the goldfinches are talking loudly over breakfast. They love to dine on the seeds from my flowers. I need to learn from malign how to use the web so I can post a picture of my flowers...

*sigh*, more rain for you.... I think if I lived with so much rain I'd have to invent rain gadgets, like a cup when it fills up would tip and pour into something that would activate a little wheel that would then turn an image of a fairy or something....

I would for sure have to have Goretex so I could still go for a walk!!!

btw, I have been exploring a very cool Tai Chi DVD with Ramel Rones. I totally love it!

Well chi is the life force, and it is about tuning into it and dissolving the stuck parts inside that block the flow of it. Just standing and slowly moving in the posture feels really cool to me. We tend to ignore our bodies most of the time. Yoga is about tuning in to the body too, and in some ways it is related like that. But yoga is much more into stretches and individual postures, though there are flow sequences too.... They are much more alike to each other than they are to most Western exercise styles.
