IrmaJean Posted August 8, 2018 Report Posted August 8, 2018 Welcome, Takutaki. I'm sorry you're going through this. From your post it sounds like this has been ongoing, but has worsened recently. Has anything happened that may have caused you increased stress? How is your self care? Do you have anyone there to share with who will support you? What has helped in the past? I hope you feel better. LaLa 1 Quote

Victimorthecrime Posted August 8, 2018 Report Posted August 8, 2018 @Takutaki if you have health insurance call the customer service and ask for names of participating therapists. Ask if there is any coverage for telephonic sessions. My advice is to do something, try a new thing, anything, because you have nothing to lose. Good luck. LaLa and jazz 1 1 Quote

What's the best way of finding the right, affordable therapist? I want to find one too cuz I need to do something about my anxiety but no idea where to turn and dont want to go broke. Quote
