could you be sleep deprived, blossomy? It sounds like you're ok during the day, but you have trouble sleeping and then things start to spiral with anxious thoughts? Would a calming activity help?

i dunnoooooooooo ( im good at sleeping during the day.. i tried to do something to calm me. i tried to listen to music and i tried to go on the internet for a while |

internet and tv and video games are not too good for regulating sleep. Neither is food or sweet drinks, or anything with caffeine near bedtime. All that stuff is too stimulating.

When feeling anxious, people can start dragging in more and more things that are bothering them to the point of losing track of how it all started and losing track of remembering ever feeling ok. That's being lost in the mind. Pulling out of that and into the reality of right here right now, a growing plant, light falling on a table, looking at the sky, anything like that can help challenge the dominance of looping anxious thoughts.
