Well here is the paradox. She was singing about something so sad and empty and lonely... but the act of singing about it was so beautiful, skillfull, and pure......... she gave beauty and strength to something so isolated and desperate... She hit every note artfully, so that that terribly lonely feeling could be honored. She did not turn her back on it.

As listeners, we could be transformed or inspired too.

It just depends on how you feel about yourself when you are sad.

It isn't always easy to like yourself when you feel sad and invisible. It's a good challenge to try, I think.....

OH, I see what you mean now! yeah it's very beautiful but sad at the same time.. I did try to paint my abandoned self earlier but that didn't work... it's definitely not easy.........

Don't expect her to only be sad. She could surprise you, because paying attention to her and showing some loyalty to her could really change things.
