Netflix allows you to A. stream a limited catalog of movies to your computer or TV, and B. rent most any movie that you can't stream by mail.

And LoveFilm would be a different company, but the same idea. Netflix is HUGE in the US, and I think they're branching to England and the rest of Europe.
