Yes, I know. :-P

I'm just trying to help you with your panics: things are rarely as bad as they seem when it's 3 a.m. and you're still awake. I bet you worked harder than average, that's as much as you can expect of yourself.

Challenge your thoughts: you said "if i were [dedicated] i'd be staying up the whole night to finish it". How many people stayed up even until 3? Probably not many. I think you're being too hard on yourself. It's okay to be human; most employers expect it, and those that don't, get only zombies.

Well, hey, definitely roust them out of their hangovers and make them clean it up! Otherwise, they won't learn just how cruel reality can be. It's up to you whether you do it with lots of clatter and banging; that would depend on how cruel Blossom can be. ;-)

You're not an expert at thinking positively, no. :-)

What do you have to do again? Put together bits of cloth to make interesting textures? Do the colors matter? Where do you find all the materials?

(My hope is that explaining the process to me could help you stop WORRYING!) :-)

i'm definitely not an expert at thinking positively!!!

ah well.. i'm really bad at explaining stuff aswel so i'm not sure if that will stop me worrying. . :)

yeah we each have a different theme. mine is decay. I have to put different materials together to make them look old and worn and decayed like the shoes i was drawing last week. the colours just have to look good together. i had to buy the materials..

Hey, it must be fun going shopping for school. :-)

{See, that right there was a positive thought. Now you try one.}

You picked "Decay" as a fashion theme? You are brave, but not much of a marketer. ;-) It sounds cool from the artistic point of view, though. I wish I could see/feel them.

it's fun when you have money....

here's a "positive" thought... ykw is taking me shopping on saturday because i have the day off work.... fun............

i always base my art on decay. i did it in my course last year aswel. they don't look great so far.

You have to admit, if they're meant to be an accurate depiction of decay, they probably won't ever look "great" ...

You know, decay often involves dead things, right? Like pig heads and dead fish ... Couldn't there be some bright pink alive things in your art, too?

I'm just saying, real decay involves dead things, and I know you don't like those.

You could like somber colors, or darkness, or you could have a blue period, or whatever. Why associate it with death?

I'm just curious, because there's probably a reason that I just don't see, yet.

Okay, yes, death is inevitable, and decay is nature's way of recycling.

But is there any reason why that part of the cycle is the most interesting to you? Just a question.

There are lots of other places where dark colors occur.
