Victim, I'm suspicious that the 40 hour week has been imposed on us by the elites too, just like taxes were, to pay the national debt which in actuality is owed to the private investors of the Bank of England and Federal Reserve respectively! They were put together by the Elite families namely the house of Morgan & Rothschild. USA & UK government don't print their own currency. The 2 privately owned banks I've mentioned do it and charge the government interest for loaning it to them which is partially paid back via collecting taxes. This is why we're more in debt every year.

Anyway yeah, I think academic, professional and financial goals are partly an elitist idea too. I was talking general goals as well as financial though, such as health, hygiene, socialising etc. Regardless, I personally think that even though these financial goals might have been imposed on us, we're already in the matrix so to speak, and to go with it is might beneficial than riding against it.

I have the worst cough ever today. It's so violent I'm coughing every 5-10 seconds, and they're so aggressive I've already cut my throat in 2 places, and I've thrown up three times in about 12 hours. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with a kebab I scoffed down last night without properly warming it , followed by 2 bags of walkers crisps. Idk though, I've never had a cough this persistent and violent- I can't even sleep.

So I'm off work. I tried lemsip fever & cold medicine last night & it didn't do shit which was worrying, because it usually hits "the spot". I'm on some weird herbal cough medicine now, plus Ibuprofen.

That sounds frightening. Maybe go and get checked by a doc if you still aren't feeling well? Pneumonia and its complications can be serious. Hopefully it isn't anything like that. I hope you feel better soon.

Yeah it's pretty chesty. My throat is very swollen so every time I have a more violent series of coughs I can't breathe for a few seconds after because the airways close, and choke for a bit I can't sleep, it's kept me awake for about 36 hours. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, I'm suspicious it might be some kind of an infection or something so hoping antibiotics help. Totally weird, I've never had it this bad before and I can't say I've done anything outlandishly unhealthier than my usual little benders.. I have managed to get very short bursts of sleep though, nowhere near enough. Not being able to hold down food/drink is a bitch, so I've been sipping on tea with the occasional piece of carrot.

Anyway thanks for the well wishes, I have to admit the choking does worry me, and I really just want to sleep the worst of it off but I can't. My fever dreams have been more bizarre than usual. The narrative is that no matter which way you put the shapes together they won't fit. What the fuck right? I think I've maxed my ibuprofen limit for the day, which is a bit gay. Hope everyones okay.Wrap up warm and don't eat crisps with a sore throat By the way, crisps are potato chips lol. Only in America *shakes head*

Just got back from the Doc. She said it's just a nasty cough, with swelling and tenderness. Probably viral, but not infected. Basically I'm supposed to take the ibuprofen and cough medicine and it should get better? Let's hope she's right. I'm not at work today either, I feel like shit. I'm hoping to get some sleep and see how I feel later. Oh & my boss is a prick.
