crying too much, have to try stop crying before i try again. need to calm down taken more meds that might help. sorry im so dumb today.

am i allowed to e-mail my therapist (yeah i know - again) and ask her to call the cpn out for me, dont think i can speak or make my words sound like words.

I agree. Emailing your therapist and asking her to call is a great idea. You're resourcefull suesue. You're doing ok. I know this is hard, but you're talking with us and you're doing your best to get your needs met. Your friends are right here with you.

thanks, e-mailed my therapist, but she phoned me back and while we were kinda talking(ish) she called a ambulance out. really think ive blew it this time. might have taken too much and slipped a bit wrongly. have to go. sorry. thanks.

i guess i fell asleep for a while, not sure what day it is, dont want to know either. i feel so stupid and embarrassed.

dont really remember much, but i guess looking over the last few pages of my blog, it was gonna happen sooner rather than later. hell....o lock up.

wanted my world to stop, and things got a bit heavy. im guted it didnt work.

so now i have to be here, no choice - its not voluntary. i feel worse than ever. still waiting and still praying for my world to stop. hoping soon my prayers will be heard and ultimately answered.

For what it's worth, I'm glad you are still around and i would miss you dearly if you weren't. I wish I could help you not hurt. Recall that you did have 15 years where you were ok. You've had a rough couple of years since, but there's no reason to believe you won't be ok again. You have a lot to work through to get there. But you have your friends with you.
